What is your shipping policy?

All finished items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Personalised works are made to order and may take several weeks.

My products are shipped from the United Kingdom and I use Royal Mail for most deliveries.

I will ship to the delivery address, unless you tell me otherwise.

I will combine postage if multiple items are purchased and posted to the same address.

DOMESTIC

UK orders will be sent 1st class Signed For delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be sent by courier and can take up to 10 days. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied to their goods outside the United Kingdom.

Can I order a commission?

Yes, I am very happy to accept commissions for private or commercial use. I can provide a quote for the work according to what being commissioned. If it is a large order, I may charge a design fee.

Do you do classes?

Yes, I teach one-to-one classes on an adhoc basis in my workshop in Norwich. They are normally one off classes in which I finish the work and get it back to you. Please read more on my Classes page
